Ink Point provides photo and art printing services, including file review, size and paper consultation, test print review, and production of printed work. We may decline or pause an order if files, materials, quantities, or studio capacity do not support completion on the requested basis.
Prices are determined by print size, paper, and quantity, and any test print is billed separately where offered. Payment methods may be limited to the options we accept at the time of order, and no order is confirmed until payment and required details are received.
Any production estimate is only an estimate and may change based on file readiness, material availability, and operational conditions. We do not guarantee a specific paper, finish, or production date until the relevant details are confirmed, and we do not promise exact screen-to-print color matching.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit any image, artwork, font, trademark, or other content for printing. Our file review is limited to the agreed preflight scope and does not include verification of spelling, names, dates, legal wording, or factual accuracy unless we expressly agree otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for differences arising from screen settings, prior prints, material variation, or customer-approved files. We are also not responsible for losses caused by incomplete instructions, unsupported content, or delays outside our reasonable control.
The following docket presents two operative clause summaries for review, reference, and downstream notice handling. Each clause is paired with its supporting document record for formal reading.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Azerbaijan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute should first be raised with us in good faith, and if it cannot be resolved informally, it may be brought before the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this website. Questions about these Terms or about a submitted order may be directed to our contact channels shown on the website.
